How Angola’s transfer pricing regulations present compliance problems for taxpayers

Angola is undergoing major reforms to its tax system, including the establishment of a transfer pricing regime, set to be introduced in March.
The regulations will initially only apply to companies whose turnover exceeds $280 million, who will be required to prepare a transfer pricing file to show their transactions meet with arms length principles.
