Taxpayers can expect the US Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to announce its new head of the advance pricing agreement programme by the end of January.
The IRS is reportedly being very “tight-lipped” about who the new head will be, according to an ex-APA agent: “We anticipate the announcement by the end of January but IRS won't even reveal if the new person is internal or external,” they said.
