Mary Bennett's successor named

The new head of the OECD's tax treaty, transfer pricing and financial transactions division has been named.

Marlies de Ruiter will take over as the head of the tax treaty, transfer pricing and financial transactions division, a post formerly held by Mary Bennett, who moved to back to Baker & McKenzie's Washington, DC office.

De Ruiter, a Dutch national, will start the role on February 1 and has 15 years of experience in direct taxation and international tax issues in the Dutch Ministry of Finance.
