Michelle Levac, the chairwoman of the OECD’s Working Party No 6 on the transfer pricing aspects of intangibles, spoke exclusively to TPWeek about the project’s progress and her concerns for its development.
A great deal of attention is being paid to the OECD’s intangible project. Like the restructuring project before it, it will take time and cover a number of different issues. There is a lot of pressure on Working Party No 6 to produce workable guidelines and useful examples.
