UK unveils draft legislation on patent box
December 06, 2011

Draft legislation, to be introduced in the 2012 Finance Bill, means the UK will now be taken seriously as a location for companies to manage IP.
The introduction of a patent box is cited as a means of encouraging investment and economic growth in the UK and preventing innovative businesses moving intellectual property offshore.
