The US and Canadian arbitration provisions were implemented on December 15 2010 but, since then, it is rumoured that only two cases have gone through the process.
Statistics are released annually for the mutual agreement process (MAP) and the advanced agreement programme (APA) but no formal information has been released about the progress of the arbitration provisions.
