BIAC opens latest OECD intangible assets discussion

This week’s OECD meeting with business representatives to discuss the transfer pricing aspects of intangibles began with a summary of the project so far.

Chris Lenon, the chairman of the Business and Industry Advisory Committee (BIAC) to the OECD, emphasised the importance of certainty and avoidance of double taxation - topics raised at the last meeting - and said the definition of an intangible is key to the project.
