European authorities discuss impacts on transfer pricing

The European transfer pricing panel, on day one of International Tax Review’s Global Transfer Pricing forum yesterday, was boosted by revenue officials from the Netherlands, Spain and France.
Delegates heard how the OECD paper on business restructurings, the climate of information exchange agreements, permanent establishments and documentation requirements are affecting the practice of transfer pricing in Europe and the stances of individual governments towards these issues.
