TP panel emphasises importance of economic ownership

The transfer pricing panel at International Tax Review’s India Tax Forum covered a range of issues affecting Indian taxpayers, with practical advice and experiences given.
The panel was led by Tarun Arora of Pwc and included: Dhaivat Anjaria, also of PwC; Ankur Saluja, of GE; and Gaurav Chadha, a senior manager for taxation at Huawei Telecommunications.
