Bob Kirschenbaum and Beth Williams join Bingham McCutchen this month and will practise from the firm’s Silicon Valley office.
Kirschenbaum’s transfer pricing practice focuses on technology companies, while Williams’ practice is in federal tax controversy and litigation, including transfer pricing. Kirschenbaum was formerly with Miller & Chevalier and Williams came from Baker & McKenzie.
