Estonian transfer pricing guidelines are too generic

Advisers in Estonia have said the new transfer pricing guidelines, introduced by the Tax and Customs Board, are not comprehensive enough for taxpayers.
The guidelines are intended to provide taxpayers and administrators with a practical manual for determining the arms-length price (ALP), and are based on the principles set out in the OECD guidelines.
