The Delhi Tribunal, in the case of CRM Services, a call centre provider, has passed a relevant ruling for captive IT enabled or business process outsourcing (BPO) service providers.
The taxpayer is a subsidiary of Teleperformance USA. During assessment years 2004 to 2005 and 2006 to 2007, the subsidiary provided call centre services to its associated enterprises (AE).
