Turkey makes mark with first APA

Turkey hopes to move on to negotiating bilateral advance pricing agreements after the signing of its first unilateral APA last week.
The administration and a taxpayer signed the agreement on July 15, after about a year of negotiation. Feyyaz Yazar of the Turkish Revenue Administration said this was a little longer than expected. He could not disclose the name of the company or the industry it came from.
