EXCLUSIVE: Baker & McKenzie claims OECD’s Bennett and Silberztein

Mary Bennett and Caroline Silberztein, both part of the OECD’s Centre for Tax Policy and Administration (CTPA), are to join the Baker & McKenzie network.

Mary Bennett, head of the Tax Treaty, Transfer Pricing & Financial Transactions Division of the CTPA, will rejoin the firm as a partner, based in its Washington DC office in November, and Caroline Silberztein, head of the CTPA’s Transfer Pricing Unit, will join as a partner based in the Paris office in mid-September.
