The Chilean Ministry of the Treasury is expected to present a Transfer Pricing Bill to the National Congress soon.
The annual filing of a new Transfer Pricing Annual Sworn Statement is thought to be part of the draft legislation. Particular requirements would be further developed by the local IRS administrative jurisprudence.
