OECD to shape ALP for developing countries

The OECD ministerial meeting in Paris had a strong focus on both tax and the developing world and, as such, transfer pricing issues were also raised.
In particular, there was a concern that the arms-length principle (ALP) may not be sufficiently adapted to the needs of developing countries.
