The world’s attention has turned to Pakistan after the killing of Osama bin Laden, but companies will be keeping an eye on the country for different reasons as it considers introducing transfer pricing documentation requirements in the upcoming budget.
While Pakistan has comprehensive transfer pricing legislation, a lack of guidelines, administrative capacity and documentation requirements has led to non-compliance.
