Bloomberg declines to appeal Russian PE precedent

Media company, Bloomberg, will not appeal a Russian court decision that said its Russian operations constituted a permanent establishment (PE).
The case now sets a precedent for foreign companies operating in Russia as practitioners say that the tax authorities are prepared to take well substantiated cases on these issues to court.
