Exclusive CCCTB comments from commission source

A source from the European Commission has spoken exclusively to TPWeek about the common consolidated corporate tax base (CCCTB) proposal, before it was announced today.

The Commission source confirmed that the draft would detail an optional, consolidated system, doing-away with recent fears and speculation of a mandatory scheme.
