Daimler pays $1.5 billion to resolve intercompany issues from the past

One of the largest automobile companies in the world has closed the book on a long-winded transfer pricing battle, which dates back to the mid-1990s.
Germanys Daimler will pay the Canadian government $1.5 billion US dollars and settle a non-litigated tax case, which involves its former partnership with Chrysler and 11 years of taxes.
