CCCTB drive “from Eurocrats rather than business”

The common consolidated corporate tax base (CCCTB) is a recurring debate in the Eurozone. A draft proposal is expected by the end of March. If it is implemented, companies will have to rethink how they organise their tax and transfer pricing affairs in the EU.
The effect of the CCTB on corporate tax and transfer pricing, on a jurisdictional level, has been discussed widely but the impact it will have on companies, headquartered in the potential CCCTB zone, has not received the same attention.
