Ceteris hires two new US transfer pricing specialists

The transfer pricing and valuation consultants have added advisers to its practices on the east and west coasts.

Raymond Ghelardi, who has joined the firm’s New York office, has more than 25 years experience in transfer pricing and valuation, with particular expertise including valuations of operating businesses comprising capital stock, fixed assets and intangibles, in connection with sales, acquisitions, allocation of purchase price and dispositions.

Simon Webber, who will open Ceteris's office in Palo Alto, previously worked as a big-four transfer pricing partner and brings with him more than 15 years of international transfer pricing experience including planning, controversy, advance pricing agreements and worldwide documentation, with specific focus on intangible property, cost sharing and supply chain planning for hi-tech and related companies.
