Agribusinesses face transfer pricing accusations in Argentina

Nidera, an Argentine grain producer and distributor, is being investigated by the Argentine revenue authority (AFIP), after being accused of transfer pricing manipulation.
The tax authorities believe the Buenos Aires division of the company saved $64 million, through alleged transfer pricing manipulation, during the 2005 to 2009 tax years.
