Multinational companies in Italy run the risk of being audited if they do not comply with new guidance on transfer pricing documentation.
The guidance, Circular 58/E, published by the tax administration on Thursday, said Italian multinationals and foreign companies, operating in Italy, are now obligated to provide the documentation.
