Indonesia amends double taxation regulation

The Tax Directorate General in Indonesia has issued a new regulation on the Joint Agreement Procedure Implementation System to avoid double taxation.
The regulation should allow tax officials to correct transfer pricing with the hope of increasing tax revenues.
