Indian taxpayers express concerns over transfer pricing changes

Indian taxpayers have expressed concern about the impending changes to the country’s transfer pricing system, despite the adjustments not being implemented until April 2012.
Taxpayers were relieved to discover recently that the effective date of the country’s new direct tax code (DTC), which includes significant transfer pricing changes, has been pushed back by a year.
