Panel praises Dutch tax system

Tax authorities from across the world should pay close attention to the way the Dutch authorities interact with taxpayers, a leading tax adviser has said.
Speaking before International Tax Review’s 10th annual Global Transfer Pricing Forum next week, Margreet Nijhof, a partner at Baker & McKenzie in the Netherlands, believes other countries could learn a lesson from observing the way the Dutch authorities handle transfer pricing matters.
