China makes transfer pricing a top priority

The Chinese tax authorities have identified transfer pricing and anti-avoidance as their main priorities for 2010 and have begun to target to specific industries.
The State Administration of Taxation (SAT) will use the remainder of the year to drive home the demand for contemporaneous documentation, to increase the number of industry-specific investigations and to update aspects of the countrys tax law.
