Indonesian government asks for input on new guidelines

The Indonesian directorate general for tax (DGT) has reinvigorated the campaign to crack down on transfer pricing abuse by meeting with advisers from different firms and asking for input before new guidelines are released.

“Only last Tuesday the DGT made a presentation to KPMG, Deloitte, PB Taxand, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young on the draft of a Transfer Pricing Guideline for Taxpayers and Tax Officers,” said Prijohandojo Kristanto, managing partner at PB Taxand.
