Patton leaves Ernst & Young

June 30, 2010

After 21 years with Ernst & Young, Mike Patton is leaving the firm to join DLA Piper.

As an experienced US transfer pricing practitioner, Patton's arrival will substantially increase DLA's advance pricing agreement and transfer pricing controversy practice. He leaves Ernst & Young at the end of June 2010 and will work at DLA's Century City Los Angeles office.

This is the latest addition to the growing international transfer pricing controversy practice at DLA. Robert Hartley, formerly with Hogan Lovells joined the firm's London office earlier this year.
