FEI gives APA process a glowing report

The conclusion of a bilateral advance pricing agreement (APA) between the US and the Netherlands will allow FEI, a scientific instruments company, to release large valuation allowance and tax reserves from its accounts for the second quarter of 2010.
The confirmation came through on June 24 and the company was quick to announce the fact that the US and Netherlands tax authorities have entered into a mutual agreement on various transfer pricing issues concerning it.
