Secret comparables authorised in new Ecuadorian law

Alexis Carrera of Ernst & Young in Ecuador explains that the Ecuadorian tax administration seems to be straying further from transfer pricing best practices and the OECD guidelines.
Last December, the National Assembly approved a law where a safe harbour has been implemented, and last week the use of secret comparables has been sanctioned by the issuance of Tax Law Regulation by presidential decree.
