Discussions about the best use of transfer pricing documentation sparked debate among panellists and audience members over how much information companies should provide and to whom they should give it.
Around 100 participants gathered at the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris for a one day event last week to share concerns about transfer pricing documentation and dispute resolution.
