Large increase in transfer pricing audits in Denmark

The Danish tax authorities have collected DKK 15 billion ($2.8 billion) from transfer pricing audits of 32 multinational companies.
The audits cover the period from 2003 to 2009 with the tax authorities allowed to ask for tax information in 2009 that relates back to 2003 due to the statute of limitations. The fourth quarter report by the tax administration, containing the audit figures, was presented to parliament on April 9.
