Kazakhstan passes transfer pricing Bill

The deputies of the lower house of the Kazakhstan Parliament (known as the Majilis) have passed a bill of amendments and additions to the country’s laws on transfer pricing.
At the plenary session on March 17, the Bill passed its second reading.
