Komatsu put under transfer pricing investigation

Komatsu, a Japanese construction equipment manufacturer, has announced that it is being investigated by the Japanese tax authorities over transfer pricing concerns.
The Tokyo Regional Taxation Bureau is conducting an examination of the company’s financial records from 2004 to 2009.
