The Chinese tax authorities have concluded their first bilateral advance pricing arrangement (BAPA) with a European country
The BAPA was signed last week by representatives from the Chinese State Administration of Taxation and the Danish Tax Authority.
Negotiations were finalised earlier this year on behalf of Novozymes, a Danish bio innovation company, who have two Chinese subsidiaries in Beijing and Tianjin.
