Uruguay releases new regulations on transfer pricing

Decree number 392/009 amends and clarifies some of the detailed regulations established by decree number 56/009, which was issued in January 2009.
The new decree expressly modifies some of the enforcement rules of the original decree and clarifies that the obligations and burdens imposed on taxpayers will be effective for transactions performed in fiscal years from January 1 2009 onwards.
