New nominee for top US tax policy role announced

President Barack Obama has revealed Michael Mundaca as his nominee for assistant secretary for tax policy, department of the Treasury.
Several of the international tax provisions included in President Obamas budget have implications for transfer pricing.
Advisers are impressed with Mundacas experience and hope he will guide the administration through making any changes to the tax code with attention to the affect on taxpayers.
