Tax authorities are aggressively seeking to increase their revenues through scrutiny of transfer pricing arrangements. This has led to more tax litigation.
Marc Levey, chair of Baker & McKenzies global transfer pricing steering committee, will moderate the panel, which will discuss how tax controversies are resolved in each jurisdiction and what local nuances and strategies the taxpayer should be aware of.
