Nigerian official asks for transfer pricing compliance

Nigerian taxpayers need to make greater efforts to comply with the country’s transfer pricing rules, a leading government official has said.
Mactony Dike, the acting director of the tax policy unit at the countrys Federal Inland Revenue Service, explained that taxpayers should not ignore transfer pricing rules and that they should try to adhere to the arms-length principle as well as maintain the correct documents.
