Transfer pricing rules in France face a dramatic overhaul, with stringent new documentation requirements and increased scrutiny on taxpayers expected.
The French tax authorities’ have made previous attempts at changing the guidelines, but one tax professional is adamant that the new draft rules will make it into law.
