Tribunals have final say in India

A recent court ruling has determined that disputes dealing with the attribution of profits to permanent establishments in India should not be heard by the high court, as the country’s tribunals will have the final say on the matter
This decision could have an impact on taxpayers deciding whether to continue tax disputes against the tax authorities as no legal issues can arise if a tribunals findings on attribution of income are based upon relevant material which cannot be disputed.
