Retailer breaches UK transfer pricing law

A UK company has been told that it has breached transfer pricing rules, but is unsure just how much it will have to pay HM Revenue and Customs
DSG International, an electrical goods provider, was found to be in conflict of tax law by two Special Commissioners, which was the first level of tax tribunal in Britain until April 1.
