A lack of coordination between Vietnam’s two transfer pricing authorities is leading to companies failing to maintain the relevant documentation
Both the Department of Customs and the Department of Taxation have a remit to enforce transfer pricing rules in the country. But companies are struggling to comply with the rules because of the inconsistent approaches from the two branches of government.
