SAT incorporates TP reporting forms into tax filing software

Taxpayers in China will need to ensure thorough documentation is in place for all transfer pricing after the authorities announced they will be tracking such filings electronically, making monitoring the information and pinpointing companies for audit easier.
The State Administration of Taxation (SAT) in China will incorporate the nine transfer pricing reporting forms into China taxation administration information system (CTAIS,) the tax administration software, so that the authorities can use the software to compile and manage transfer pricing annual filing information.
