UK clarifies transfer pricing rules in tax law rewrite

The UK’s direct tax law was altered yesterday, as a new draft bill rewriting transfer pricing guidelines was published, though it did not deliver any substantial changes.
The rewrite of the Taxation (International and Other Provisions) Bill will improve tax compliance and reduce the tax burden on firms without changing transfer pricing and advance pricing agreement legislation significantly.
