Honeywell loses Indian appeal

An Indian automotive company has lost its appeal against the Indian transfer pricing authorities over the method used for carrying out transactions with its various entities.
The authorities investigated Honeywell Automotive India over dealings with one of its international entities. The investigation centres on six transactions carried out during the 2003/2004 financial year.
