Australia and Isle of Man agree on dispute resolution in transfer pricing

Australia and the Isle of Man have signed up to a mutual agreement procedure in transfer pricing disputes
It allows taxpayers from either jurisdiction to voice their unhappiness over an adjustment by the tax authorities of the other with the competent authority of the jurisdiction that made the adjustment. They must do so within three years of being informed of the change.
