Thailand concludes its first APAs

Thailand has concluded its first two bilateral advance pricing agreements (APA) seven years after transfer pricing guidelines were introduced to the country.
Both APAs have been signed with Japan and are expected to last for three years. The original applications were lodged in early 2006.
